Standouts from the comprehensive menu include the melt-in-your-mouth lamb ribs – slow cooked with chinkiang vinegar caramel, carrot and apple, the fresh tuna – rare seared with wakame salad, avocado and wasabi, and the king salmon – served with sushi rice, crispy seaweed, soy and mirin. And we highly recommend one doesn’t leave before topping off their meal with the heavenly chocolate mousse served with coconut and pandan cream and kaffir lime sherbet.
